Candice Lerner-Fry has worked on hundreds of retail transactions with both local, and national, retailers and landlords. Her specialty in retail leasing, coupled with her membership in the International Council of Shopping Centres, has established her as a prominent industry expert. Additionally, she is continually travelling and having face-to-face meetings with decision makers in the retail community.
Steve Lerner, a founding Principal of Primecorp, has had a notable impact on the retail landscape in Ottawa. Through providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants throughout the city. Steve has earned himself a reputation of excellence. He has represented some of the largest national retailers in Canada during his tenured 31 years, and has assembled, and pre-leased, tracts of land for many of the largest developers, thus creating and shaping the retail nodes in different parts of Ottawa.
Through detailed asset inspection and researching an asset’s neighbourhood, the Retail Leasing Team is able to listen to and fully comprehend its clients’ objectives.The team works closely with the client to understand who the priority targets are and what services could be a boon to the area. Through this analysis, the team is able to provide advice and support to tenants or work with landlords to develop a marketing template and prospect list, utilizing digital marketing, as well as signage to strategically market the prospect. Finally, the team creates an appropriate negotiating strategy, cultivated from experience with transactions of all sizes in the National Capital Region and Eastern Ontario, to create a pleasing deal for both parties.
