The Office Landlord Representation Team is led by Pierre Benoit, CPM, who is considered a market expert in office leasing, and who specializes in representing landlords for the leasing of vacant space in both office campuses and multi-use urban developments. As a Certified Property Manager, Pierre has extensive knowledge of leasing agreements, and is adept at creating multiple solutions to complex problems that ensures the best possible outcome for all parties.
Pierre’s experience working for owners and developers such as Minto, Manulife, and Merkburn Holdings provide him with the expertise required to be an effective subject matter specialist to landlords. His leasing knowledge allows him to be a key advisor for the sale of office buildings or land for the development of office projects. He has also leased and managed retail, industrial, and office properties in his 30 year career, providing a complete real estate background representing landlords, tenants, vendors, and purchasers.
The Office Landlord Representation Team listens to its clients’ objectives, becoming completely familiar with a vacant space, including design and location, performing an extensive assessment, while taking into consideration economic cycles and current capital markets. The team then creates a relevant listing agreement; during this process, landlords are given a transparent and thorough report on all prospective client activities.
