Building on this rock solid foundation, last year we became of member of TCN Worldwide, to expand our reach and business partnerships internationally, through TCN's vast network of commercial real estate professionals around the world.

With approximately $38.8 billion in annual transactions and over 80 million square feet of space under management, the organization ranks as one of the largest service providers in the industry. TCN's service-oriented business model is very much in line with our own guiding set of operating principles here at Primecorp. TCN’s global reach and use of developing digital technology to facilitate international collaboration were also highly attractive attributes as we considered joining this valuable network.
On the 18th of September, 2015, Primecorp finalized a membership contract with TCN Worldwide. Since then Primecorp has welcomed several opportunities for collaboration with TCN affiliates in various sectors of commercial real estate. TCN Worldwide has also made strides to expand the network by forging new, strategic partnerships.
TCN Continues to Forge New Strategic Partnerships in Commercial Real Estate
Last December, TCN Worldwide struck a new strategic alliance with leading European commercial real estate advisor GVA Worldwide. Through GVA’s affiliated member firms, partners can harness the expertise of 5,000 professionals in over 120 offices across 25 countries worldwide.
In 2016, TCN Worldwide entered into another valuable strategic partnership, this time with market leader Ten-X:

TCN 2016 Fall Conference in New Orleans
Just as we are celebrating our one-year anniversary with TCN this week, the TCN 2016 Fall conference was underway in New Orleans, Louisiana. This conference is open to all members, to "reconnect with your TCN friends and make new ones... attend sessions that will strengthen your industry knowledge... and be entertained in fashionable New Orleans style!” Primecorp President and Founding Partner, Nick Pantieras, represented our brokerage at the conference and was invited to moderate a panel discussion, entitled: "A Global Perspective of CRE: From Cuba to BREXIT."
