Tenant Representation

Primecorp’s site selection service, led by Principal Steve Lerner and Sales Representative Candice Lerner-Fry, is dedicated to assisting retailers with the site selection process. We provide advice that extends your capabilities, enhances your speed to market and most importantly, provides you with solutions for operations.  Our expertise is unparalleled, allowing us to contribute timely and insightful information that strengthens your position in the marketplace.

Our company currently represents many national, regional and independent retailers either entering the market for the first time, expanding within the market, or consolidating current locations.  We have represented such anchor retailers as Loblaws, The Home Depot, The Beer Store, McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, LCBO and Canadian Tire.

Landlord Representation

At Primecorp, we identify the individual requirements of every owner and then implement and execute strategic and innovative leasing programs tailored to meet the objectives of the Landlord. Our clients include many of the most prominent names in real estate, including Sterling Centrecorp, Riocan, Crofton Moore and Oxford Properties.
