Steve
Lerner
Principal/Broker
Steve Lerner is a real estate broker specialising in
the fields of retail leasing, and retail investment sales
and development. His 28 years of experience and
success have afforded him a close relationship with
numerous Landlords and a multitude of local and National
retail chains throughout Eastern Canada. His client
list includes the largest national Anchor Tenants in
Canada. Steve was previously Founder, CEO and President
of Canadian Medical Systems Ltd, a major medical engineering
sales organization specializing in high-risk obstetrics,
neonatology and pediatrics. Steve retired for a brief
period, at the age of 34, after an American health corporation
bought out his company. Steve supports many community and charitable organizations, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the YMCA.

Nick Pantieras, managing Principal at Primecorp, has
over 20 years of success in commercial real estate,
specialising in the brokerage of commercial investment
properties in the retail and office sectors, and the
leasing of retail properties. Nick is a graduate of
Queen's University Executive MBA Program, and holds
the professional designation of Certified Management
Accountant. Nick holds certificates in Real Estate Capital Markets and Management from Harvard Business School, and has earned a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions at The Wharton School-UPenn. In
2003, Nick was a recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal's
top 40 under 40-business person award.

Oakley,

Aaida
has 28 years of extensive experience in commercial
real estate, having owned a real estate brokerage company
for seventeen of those years. She is a recent recipient
of an award for her 20 years of service as
a senior member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board. Aaida
has sold many investment properties during her career
including retail plazas, apartment complexes and industrial
warehouses. She possesses a diverse background in property
management and retail leasing and has consulted as a
Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, following her Securities
certification in 1998. |

Candice became a part of the Retail Group in early 2008, to pursue a real estate career specializing in retail leasing and sales. She joined Primecorp following a successful career in management of grocery stores and within the fashion retail industry. Candice is currently a consultant with the Retail Group’s Marketing and Research Division. |

Chris Turvill,
Research Consultant
Chris Turvill joined the Retail Group at Primecorp in late 2008, as a part-time assistant while attending Carleton University. His background doing research for a major American Bank and an employment history in sales has led to a full-time position as Research Consultant for the lease and sales of retail properties within Primecorp.
