Principals Steve Lerner and Nick Pantieras have led the successful development, leasing, and sale of many commercial projects during their careers, and have represented many private, corporate, and institutional owners of retail real estate, developers, and National and Regional retail chains. Steve and Nick are members of the International Council of Shopping Centres.
