	Sam Firestone, LL.B. Sam Firestone is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Law School and has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage. He is considered to be one of the leading multi-unit residential brokerage specialists in the country. His multi-market knowledge has enabled him to successfully close transactions in over 31 cities with a total asset value of over 2.5 billion dollars in the past 12 years. Firestone is also President of Firestone Restaurant Group, owner of the successful and acclaimed restaurants Blue Cactus, Luxe Bistro and Stella Osteria. 	Steve Lerner Steve Lerner is a real estate broker specialising in the fields of retail leasing, retail investment sales and development. His 28 years of experience and success have afforded him a close relationship with numerous Landlords and a multitude of local and National retail chains throughout Eastern Canada. His client list includes the largest national Anchor Tenants in Canada. Steve was previously Founder, CEO and President of Canadian Medical Systems Ltd, a major medical engineering sales organization specializing in high-risk obstetrics, neonatology and pediatrics. Steve retired for a brief period, at the age of 34, after an American health corporation bought out his company. 	Nick Pantieras, MBA, CMA Nick Pantieras, managing Principal at Primecorp, has over twenty years of success in commercial real estate, specialising in the brokerage of commercial investment properties in the retail and office sectors, and the leasing of retail properties.
