Primecorp Commercial Realty Inc. announced today that it has expanded its operations into Healthcare real estate brokerage, specializing in retirement and long-term care homes, independent and assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, retirement communities and condominiums, congregate care facilities, life lease projects and special purpose buildings.

Primecorp is pleased to announce that Raffaele Guglielmelli has joined Primecorp to lead this national Healthcare Group initiative. Mr. Guglielmelli has over nineteen years experience in commercial real estate with expertise in capital markets and Healthcare brokerage and has recently transacted over $150 million of senior's residences.
