Firestone is also President of Firestone Restaurant Group, owner of the successful and acclaimed restaurants Blue Cactus, Luxe Bistro and Stella Osteria. In addition to supporting various charitable and community organizations, Mr. Firestone is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation and is a 2006 Ottawa Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year medal winner.
